TextPipe Lite is an award winning, easy to use search and replace utility prized by webmasters, programmers and novice computer users alike.

Search and Replace looks through multiple files for a string and replaces it with another string. It can search subfolders and perform case sensitive/insensitive searches. Support for grep style regular expression search & replacements includes operations that span more than one line, find special characters, replace with the same case as the found text, and binary search & replace. You can specify multiple file include/exclude masks, add files via drag and drop, or via a Windows Explorer right click menu on files and folders.  You can display replacements before they are made, and even restrict replacements to occur only inside certain HTML or XML tags, and within line and column ranges. TextPipe Lite Search and Replace automatically detects if the file being searched is text or binary. The program can also launch associated programs on processed files, e.g. launch your web browser if the search hit occurs in an .htm or .html file.

This utility is a must have if you need to find and replace text. It is MUCH faster than other Windows grep-only utilities and allows replacing and other changes for the same price as those programs which offer only grep capabilities. Unlike other utilities, it even handles files larger than 10 MB!

Thought I'd drop you a line today to tell you how much I am enjoying your great software.

I can honestly say, that TextPipe Lite saves me at least 8 hours each week doing web page edits that used to take forever.
