How to receive updates

When you buy from DataMystic, you automatically receive 60 days worth of free upgrades and support. If you would like to extend this period, you can purchase a Support Plan, which includes both upgrades and support for a full year, starting from the day that the 60 days of free upgrades and support expires.

The Support Plan required is different for each product, please see the purchase page to obtain the Support Plan option that applies to the product you have purchased. If you have purchased multiple licenses then you need to buy a Support Plan for each license. When you login to the DataMystic Secure Area, the listing will show you how much the upgrade will cost, and the date that it will extend upgrades and support to.

Normally customers purchase both the product and the Support Plan at the same time, thus guaranteeing support for 420 days.
